•	New Findings Highlight Benefits of Outdoor Recreation Careers, Growth Potential

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 13 — A new report on the Outdoor Recreation Workforce, produced by the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable (ORR) and the Oregon State University Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy (OSU CORE) highlights excellent jobs in the outdoor recreation workforce and underscores the important role workforce plays in supporting the overall outdoor recreation economy.

"The backbone of this thriving sector is a growing workforce that meets the dynamic needs of today’s fast-paced industry,” said Jessica Turner, Outdoor Recreation Roundtable President. “Right now, there are so many high-quality jobs that exist across the outdoor recreation industry for professionals with a variety of skillsets that provide outstanding lifelong careers.”

As folks continue explore the great outdoors to boat, fish, hunt, hike and recreate, the stress on the outdoor recreation workforce magnifies, with many sectors experiencing severe workforce shortages. For example, a 2019 survey of MRAA members found that there was a surplus of 31,000 job openings at the marine dealerships alone. A combination of an aging workforce, lack of established career pipelines and lack of awareness of the great jobs available in the outdoor industry have generated these unfilled roles.

The report, which MRAA Director of Workforce and Foundation Development, Wendy Mackie, contributed to, takes a deep dive into the career opportunities in the $689 billion outdoor recreation sector. It elucidates how these jobs can provide an outstanding quality of life, upward mobility and connect workers to the outdoors.

“It was an honor to work with the ORR, OSU CORE and others in the Outdoor Recreation Industry on this report” said Wendy Mackie, MRAA Director of Workforce and Foundation Development. “The release of this report is very timely, as we are laser focused on improving and bolstering the workforce in the recreational boating industry. Thanks to the work and focus of ORR, the boating industry at large is now well positioned to showcase our economic impact and garner further support on our workforce development efforts.”

Outdoor Recreation Workforce Report Highlights
•	Deep and Diverse Jobs: The report illustrates the breadth, depth, and diversity of the outdoor recreation industry workforce, which totals over 4.3 million good jobs that help develop economies, increase rural prosperity, improve public health outcomes and quality of life, and promote environmental stewardship and conservation. The report organizes outdoor jobs into three categories: “Technical Specialists,” “Participant-Facing,” and “Integrators” to help the public understand the types of career paths for people with and without higher academic degrees.

•	High-Quality Career Opportunities: The report also seeks to clear up misconceptions among the public and policymakers about the types and diversity of jobs in the outdoor recreation economy.

As a newly organized sector — including well over 110,000 small, medium and Fortune 500 businesses across America — many professional and technical careers in the outdoors are unseen or unknown by the public. Most participants in outdoor recreation activities only interact with consumer-facing employees, including retail and hospitality staff members, guides and outfitters, parking and campground attendants, and concessionaires who sell food, beverages, supplies and souvenirs at recreation hot-spots. While these important jobs certainly make up a segment of jobs in the outdoor recreation economy, there are also millions of professional and technical, full-time positions across the sector that are lesser known and provide competitive wages and meaningful careers. Today’s report helps illustrate the breadth of these roles.

•	Outdoor Recreation is a Growth Industry: Multiple factors have converged to drive the significant growth in the outdoor recreation industry in recent years, with the corresponding increase in the number of jobs throughout the country, including in rural areas which are transitional from extractive and other industries and focusing more on recreation.

Finally, ORR also debuted a new Career Path module to help meet real people in the outdoor recreation industry. This digital resource features professionals across the outdoor recreation industry telling their stories about:
•	How they arrived in their current roles.
•	What they appreciate about their work/life balance.
•	The advice they have for prospective workers who want to emulate their journey.

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive. With that in mind, MRAA works to create a strong and healthy boating industry by uniting those retailers, providing them with opportunities for improvement and growth, and representing them with a powerful voice.

•	New Member Perk for Marine Dealers in MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program

MINNEAPOLIS, JULY 11 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announced today that all dealer participants
in the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program can now offer buyers complete Peace of Mind on the Water™ by including Sea Tow membership with every purchase.

“Sea Tow provides complete Peace of Mind on the Water, a benefit that adds another
a layer of trust for both the dealership and customer. It’s critical to nurture the customer after a boat sale by supporting their needs, and this new benefit does just that!” says Jason Walz, MRAA Director of Programs. “The Certified Pre-Owned Boat
Program helps participating dealers find, evaluate, market and sell quality pre-owned units, while also giving customers the validation they seek when making a purchasing decision of this stature.”

Once a dealership is enrolled in the
MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program and decides to apply a boat for CPO status, it must meet all these requirements:
1. Boat eligibility: Less than 10 years of age and previously Certified by the National Marine Manufacturer Association (NMMA).
2. Clean inspection,
3. Clean Boat History Report
4. Clean Engine and fluid analysis from Titan Certified

Upon completion of all four MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program prerequisites, the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned dealer
participants may purchase Sea Tow membership at a wholesale rate. The dealer can then enhance the boat buying process and new ownership experience by including 1-year of Sea Tow Gold Card membership as part of the CPO boat package.

“Including
Sea Tow membership with their purchase is ideal for pre-owned boat buyers, many of whom are new to the boating industry and who see the value of 24/7 priority on-water assistance,” says Kristen Frohnhoefer, President of Sea Tow Services International.
“Sea Tow’s alignment with the MRAA and the CPO Program makes sense because not only does it enhance the customer experience, but it also benefits the dealer as an extension of their team in the form of customer support.”

Since 1983, Sea
Tow has been the authority in on-water assistance nationwide. Members receive priority service and a connection to Coast Guard-licensed captains 24/7/365, and services include: boat towing, fuel deliveries, jump starts, disentanglements, navigational
assistance and more. More than just peace of mind on the water, Sea Tow members also receive exclusive deals through the Sea Tow Savings Club. Discounts can include fuel savings, deals on marine-related gear and money-off on dockage at participating
    marinas and retailers.

For more detailed information, complete pricing, warranty options and to enroll in the program, visit https://cpoboats.com/cpomember-benefits,

MRAA Submits Grant Application for Apprenticeship Building America

•	Building Out Apprenticed Trades (BOAT) Jobs Grant Submission Backed by Leading Marine Industry Organizations and World’s Largest Dealerships

MINNEAPOLIS, May, 10 — The Marine Retailers Association
of the Americas rallied leadership from throughout the marine industry in its application for submission to the US Department of Labor’s “Apprenticeship Building America” Grant Program.

Labeled “Building Out Apprenticed Trades (BOAT) Jobs,”
MRAA’s application received written letters of support and recommendation from 26 marine industry organizations, including all of the leading engine manufacturers and the world’s three largest marine dealership operations. Combined, the reach of these
organizations offers this apprenticeship program the potential of extending to every dealership location in the United States.

“The BOAT Jobs development team, which included the entire staff at MRAA and other industry association leadership,
was inspired by the incredible outpouring of support and desire for this workforce development effort,” said Wendy Mackie, Director of Workforce and Foundation Development at the MRAA. “BOAT Jobs is truly a national, industry-wide effort that will give
us the ability to address, head-on, our ongoing workforce shortages and ensure there is a continuous pipeline of marine industry talent.”

While MRAA is the lead organization on this endeavor, the strength of the proposal lies with the collaboration
between employers, MRAA, the state marine trades associations and other national organizations. “We all have to work together in order to build a sustainable workforce for our industry,” said Mackie.

As submitted, the grant application outlines
that MRAA would create multiple Registered Apprenticeship Programs, in coordination with industry partners, along with several Regional Registered Apprenticeship Hubs. Those Hubs would allow MRAA to deliver the necessary resources and programming for
meeting the program’s goals through regional partners.

The grant proceeds, which could provide MRAA with as much as $8 million over four years, would fund the creation of technician and other service department apprenticeship and education
programs, in addition to providing seed money for industry businesses to subsidize the costs of hiring apprentices. Grant funding will also support the development of a national career awareness and recruitment campaign and build out capacity in the regional
Registered Apprenticeship Hubs with technical assistance and funding to hire a dedicated workforce person in each hub.

MRAA received letters of support from the National Marine Manufacturers Association, Association of Marina Industries,
American Boat Builders & Repairers Association, National Marine Electronics Association and the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable, as well as nine state-based associations and workforce development organizations. Those state-based organizations — Boating
Industry Association of Central New York, Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County, Maryland Marine Trades Association, Marine Trades Association of New Jersey, Massachusetts Marine Trades Association, Michigan Boating Industry Association,
RealTime Talent Minnesota, Rhode Island Marine Trades Association, and Northwest Marine Trades Association with the Northwest Center of Excellence for Marine Manufacturing and Technology at Skagit Valley College (Washington) — would serve as the appointed
Hubs.

Over the last decade, the boating industry workforce shortage grew. A 2017 MRAA survey solidified that notion, revealing that by 2019, the number of open positions in dealerships would exceed 31,000 — that number does not even include
vacancies of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and other marine related businesses. By 2019, with the number of dealerships growing nationwide, the expected 31,000-person deficit was much higher and was no longer just a human resources issue, but
also an economic one. And then the COVID-19 pandemic hit.

Recognizing the need to tackle this from a national scope with the urgency other industry advocacy efforts require, MRAA engaged former Rhode Island Marine Trades Association CEO,
Wendy Mackie to catalyze the implementation of the “Strategy 10+1: A Marine Industry Guide to Growing the Workforce,” the workforce plan sanctioned by 25 regional and national marine industry associations. Ms. Mackie’s extensive workforce experience has
positioned MRAA to act as Lead Applicant on this grant project which institutes a national strategy to build out capacity and support for regional industry partners to act as workforce intermediaries. The BOAT Jobs approach to workforce development will
allow for shared knowledge and resources across the regions while delivering local results-based training, mentoring and hiring.

Mackie and the program are off to a promising start, evidenced by the industry-wide outpouring of support BOAT
Jobs has received. She added, "It will be an all-hands-effort. The BOAT Jobs program supports MRAA’s commitment to partnership as a pathway to solving the industry’s workforce issues."

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At
the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive. With that in mind, MRAA works to create a strong and healthy boating

MINNEAPOLIS, May 5, 2022 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announces its most recent package of resources devoted to guiding marine retailers to greater business accomplishments. For May, as part of its monthly Spotlight on dealership development, the Association will add information, tools and education to help marine retailers drive success in their pre-owned boat business

“Along with the massive size of the pre-owned boat market — one that saw 1.1 million units sold in 2021 — comes massive potential for dealers to capitalize on opportunities within this $10 billion segment of the marine industry,’” explains Matt Gruhn, MRAA President of Education. “Dealers can fuel their bottom line and diversify their revenue by creating an effective process for securing, servicing, marketing and selling pre-owned inventory. With proper pre-owned boat system in place, businesses can set themselves up for long-term stability.”

To help dealers overcome hurdles and to enhance their current pre-owned boat market efforts, MRAA has built a designated landing page complete with new tools and custom content. The page — MRAA.com/PreOwnedSuccess — provides members and non-members educational resources and content in the form of dealer conversations, articles and blogs, expert interviews, informational videos and more. The content is designed to be evergreen, like all the MRAA Spotlight pages, so site visitors can bookmark the page and revisit the topics to help them work through current issues.

In addition to the Pre-Owned Boat Market Spotlight page, the MRAA also has created “The Ultimate MRAA Guide to the Pre-Owned Boat Market” and a pre-owned boat market article series. They are filled with expert analysis, tactics and implementable processes that will help MRAA members navigate all of the unknowns and capture the business they deserve. Furthermore, MRAA launched its Certified Pre-Owned Boat Market Program this year to provide dealers and their customers with the confidence they each deserve in buying (and selling) pre-owned boats. This exclusive CPO program provides a proven process, quality third-party inspections and analysis, and a direct pathway for dealers to both differentiate their inventory AND make a sizable margin.

“Focusing on the pre-owned boat market offers dealers a competitive advantage and a chance to capture new customers,” said Jason Walz, MRAA Director of Programs. “The MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program eliminates some of the guess work for marine retailers by providing a universal standard for fluid testing, boat history documentation and inspection that will clearly differentiate a dealership’s used boat inventory from non-certified inventory and private sellers. In turn, both dealers and their customers gain confidence in the certified pre-owned boat process, while retailers can add to their much-needed profit center.”

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
MINNEAPOLIS, April 4 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, as part of its ongoing monthly dealership development Spotlight initiative, has unveiled its latest package of information and tools dedicated to helping marine retailers improve their business. For April, the Association has included workforce resources and education to help marine retailers with recruiting and hiring.

“We know that recruiting and hiring new employees has been a constant challenge for most marine businesses, especially with the ongoing technician shortage, and it’s only become a more difficult hill to climb during what some are describing as ‘The Great Resignation,’” explains Liz Walz, MRAA Vice President of Education. “To help marine retailers overcome many of the hiring hurdles they are facing, we added to our existing online library with new tactics and best practices to guide dealers to more workforce success.”

MRAA has added an entire page, complete with brand-new tools and custom content, devoted to helping dealers overcome their biggest roadblocks and find more success in building their dream team. The page — MRAA.com/HireBetter — offers both non-member and member visitors a plethora of education in the form of timely articles and blogs, interviews with leading industry experts, informational videos and other resources. Like all the MRAA Spotlight pages, the content is meant to be evergreen, so dealers can bookmark the page and revisit the topics to address both current and future pain points.

One additional step the MRAA recently took in addressing workforce issues was to hire Wendy Mackie, Director of Workforce & Foundation Development. Recognized by the marine industry as a forerunner and expert in workforce development, Mackie — who authored the trailblazing guide “The Marine Industry Guide to Growing the Workforce” — submitted a grant proposal to the Economic Development Administration Good Jobs Challenge, that would be used to create the Building Out American Trade (BOAT) Jobs program and bolster other workforce development initiatives.

“The labor market has changed dramatically over the past few years,” says Mackie. “We need to change with it to ensure we have a workforce that can support our industry’s growth. My goal is to support our members and the industry at large to grow, attract and retain talent for the labor markets of today and tomorrow.”

Mackie will be the featured expert in the Thursday, April 7 MRAA Ask the Expert Webinar entitled “Hiring Season — Control What You Can Control.” In addition, she, along with co-author Chad Tokowicz, MRAA Government Relations Manager, released a blog for marine retailers sharing 5 ways to advocate for an improved labor market.

Finally, the MRAA has conducted a new Compensation Study, to help dealers to understand whether their compensation rates for a given position are competitive in their area. With all the significant job market changes since the original 2017 Compensation Study was released, the new study will share the timeliest insights to aid marine retailers in advancing their employee compensation and comparative pay rates.
MRAA President Testifies for Minnesota Outdoor Recreation Office

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, March, 25 2022 — Marine Retailers Association of the Americas President, Matt Gruhn, testified today in the Minnesota House Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy in support of legislation to create an Office of Outdoor Recreation.

HF 4356, introduced by Representatives Davnie, Hansen, Ecklund, Noor, Jordan, Sandstede and Vang, would move forward with recommendations from the Minnesota Outdoor Recreation Task Force and create Minnesota’s first Office of Outdoor Recreation. The office will be instrumental in strengthening Minnesota’s outdoor recreation economy, bolstering the workforce and creating more opportunities for residents and visitors. Outdoor recreation in Minnesota is a major economic driver, generating $8.4 billion, or 2.2 percent, of the state’s GDP and provides for nearly 11,000 jobs at almost 700 individual businesses. However, the most conducive method to continue growing this forceful sector is through improvements on the outdoor workforce and increased access to recreational opportunities.

“After serving as a member on the Minnesota Outdoor Recreation Task Force, which recommended the creation of an office, it is uplifting to see the introduction of HF 4356,” says Gruhn. “The sponsors of this bill deserve thanks for being champions of policy that will help grow and strengthen our state’s already robust outdoor recreation economy.”

Currently, 18 states have an office of outdoor recreation and have experienced massive improvements in their outdoor recreation economies. These offices are instrumental in developing the workforce, increasing access and providing more resources to both businesses and recreational enthusiasts. The work done by an OREC office will have compounding effects and not only benefit visitors and tourists but also residents of the state.

“The outdoor recreation economy — driven by recreational boating and fishing across 39 states and D.C. — has shown its resiliency and strong economic contributions across Minnesota, generating $8.4 billion in economic impact in 2020 alone, despite uncertainty and pandemic-related closures,” said Jill Sims, Great Lakes Region Policy and Engagement Manager, National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). “As Minnesotans continue to explore the great outdoors and re-discover the joy of time spent on our waters, we encourage the legislature to establish an office of outdoor recreation to build upon the state’s storied outdoor legacy and commitment to leverage our natural resources.”

Friday, March 25, The House Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy HF4356 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Bill.
MRAA, VRZ Consulting Release Service Department Survey Results

MINNEAPOLIS, March 1, 2022 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, in collaboration with VRZ Consulting, released the results of a comprehensive, marine industry service department study. The survey results, which featured insights from more than 260 marine service departments, outlines some of the challenges dealerships face in repairing boats more quickly.

The genesis of the study came out of a summer 2021 meeting that the MRAA Executive Committee held with its colleagues on the National Marine Manufacturers Association Executive committee, and specifically upon review of data supplied by MRAA’s partners at Lightspeed DMS. That data showed that industry repair cycle times, or the amount of time it’s taking to get customer boats serviced and back on the water, was exceeding industry expectations and only worsening.

“Today’s most significant metric when it comes to monitoring the boat ownership experience comes down to the repair event cycle times,” explains Matt Gruhn, MRAA President. “With a pandemic-inflamed perfect storm of issues on dealership service departments – impacted by technician shortages, supply chain issues and unprecedented demand – it has become critical for us to not only benchmark where we’re at as an industry but also to begin showcasing opportunities on how the industry can collaborate to begin implementing new approaches to getting customers back on the water more quickly.”

The study was sparked by the collection and publishing of Repair Event Cycle Times, or RECT, which when presented to the two associations’ executive committees showed that it was taking more than 50 days, on average, to service and return boats to customers. In the event of warranty work, data showed that it’s taking more than 70 days to repair boats.

Last fall, MRAA convened a work group of dealers, manufacturers and suppliers to begin addressing the issues and identifying solutions for reducing RECT. The results of that and subsequent conversations has transitioned into a focus MRAA will place on helping the industry improve its repair cycle times.

“I just love looking at what it takes to flip the switch from more of a reactive service department to more of a proactive service department operation,” says Valerie Ziebron of VRZ Consulting, who moderated the RECT strategy meeting. “When we’re talking about Repair Event Cycle Times, we’re talking about customers waiting for their boats. Ideally, we should be asking how we can make sure that we are fast tracking or expediting our service work when we can. We can be training our service writers and technicians to be looking for opportunities to get more work done more quickly and boats back in the hands of their customers. This study, the workshop and other subsequent conversations are already bringing ideas to the forefront.”

For those interested in viewing the full results of this survey, you can find them under the Free Resources Tab at www.MRAA.com/improveRECT. On this page, viewers will find numerous resources and opportunities to help them improve upon the repair event cycle times that challenge their profitability, CSI scores and overall customer experience.

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program Exhibits at Seattle Boat Show

MINNEAPOLIS, February 2, 2022 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announced today that the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program will make its boat show debut next week at the Seattle Boat Show. During the event, MRAA Director of Programs
Jason Walz will educate attendees and Pacific Northwest marine retailers on the benefits this new offering can provide to them.

“Participating in this event is a huge opportunity for MRAA’s new program because it’s also the first time pre-owned boats have been on display at the Seattle Boat Show,”
says Walz. “We will be able to use the excitement and momentum generated by this new boat show feature to educate both dealers and consumers about the advantages of the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program. In today’s supply-constrained marketplace,
pre-owned boats offer a potential solution for dealers with low inventory levels. The new boat inventory shortage can also make pre-owned boats an attractive option for consumers. When a boat earns certification status, the boat buyer can have peace
of mind, knowing the boat has passed the program’s rigorous criteria.”

Unveiled in December at Dealer Week 2021 in Austin, Texas, the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program is designed to create a better
pre-owned boat experience for both dealers and customers. For buyers, it generates a level of unmatched trust between them and the dealer. Marine retailers gain confidence in locating, evaluating, marketing and selling quality pre-owned units using
the program’s proven process. With backing from Titan Certified and Boat History Report, the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program adds a level of third-party verification to give both buyer and seller peace of mind, which enriches the boat ownership
    experience.

“For the first time in its 75-year history, the Seattle Boat Show is featuring a display dedicated to pre-owned boats from a variety of dealers,” says Katy McPhail, Seattle Boat Show Director. “We’re very excited that MRAA will be there
on opening weekend, Feb. 4-6. Our goal is to educate boaters on the different advantages of buying new or pre-owned so they can make the decision with confidence.”

About MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program
The MRAA

MRAA Invests Heavily in Dealership Workforce Development

MINNEAPOLIS, January 14, 2022 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, as part of its ongoing effort to fuel solutions for the marine industry’s No. 1 challenge — workforce shortages — has donated $100,000 to the MRAA Educational Foundation, a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization with a mission to provide education, scholarships and programs to develop a stronger marine industry workforce.

The $100,000 donation from the MRAA, the nonprofit trade association that drives dealership success through tools, resources and educational programs, comes with a powerful back story: When the association battled through a significant revenue drop in 2020, due to the cancellation of the in-person MRAA Dealer Week conference and expo, several leading industry organizations made donations of a combined $100,000 to help the MRAA endure the pandemic.

Throughout 2020, MRAA adjusted its business to counter the revenue shortfall and managed its expenses to the point that it broke even, financially. The $100,000 in industry donations, then, gave the association a net income of $100,000 on the year. At that time, the MRAA staff went to the MRAA Board of Directors to recommend that the organization recognize those companies’ generosity by paying it forward and investing those funds into building and strengthening the marine industry labor pool through a donation to the MRAA Educational Foundation.

“The MRAA exists solely to support the growth and success of our industry and specifically the dealers that serve boaters in their local community,” explains Matt Gruhn, MRAA President. “We always explain to our members and our partners that when they invest in MRAA through their membership, through Dealer Week, through Dealership Certification, or any other means, the MRAA reinvests those funds right back into the industry. Paying this donation forward by investing it in workforce solutions powered by the MRAA Educational Foundation, is the perfect example of that philosophy.”

The MRAA Educational Foundation’s strategic plan takes an aggressive approach to solving personnel challenges. By developing regional stakeholder collaboratives across the country, also known as sectoral partnerships, employers can address area-specific labor pool challenges such as the marine technician shortage. This tactic is the best-practice approach to workforce development supported by federal and state workforce development funding streams.

“The Foundation’s board is committed to taking this bold approach to workforce development for our industry,” Mackie says. “They want to make sure that MRAA’s generous investment will pay off now and for years to come. The Foundation’s mission to grow the marine industry through workforce development compels us to create sustainable long-term solutions to our industry’s workforce challenges.”

To take the lead in fulfilling this mission, the MRAA hired Wendy Mackie as its Director of Workforce and Foundation Development. Mackie will apply her years of expertise in workforce development to generate the talent supply chain the MRAA membership needs.

“Our team here at the MRAA understands how challenging the workforce shortage has been for our dealers,” Gruhn adds. “They were lacking employees prior to the pandemic, and the events of the last couple years have only made the shortages worse. We expect this contribution to the workforce-focused mission of our Educational Foundation to fuel new programs and opportunities that will help dealers fill open positions and strengthen their businesses.”

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
• More than 1,000 marine industry professionals were reunited at Dealer Week this December in Austin, Texas. Next week, Jan. 11-13, the conference will build on that success and bring it to teams inside the dealership with Dealer Week Online.

MINNEAPOLIS — More than 520 dealership personnel from across North America attended the Marine Retailers Association of America’s Dealer Week Conference and Expo in Austin, Texas, last month. The event, MRAA’s first live conference in more than 725 days, hosted 1,022 total attendees at the Austin Convention Center in the Live Music Capital of the World.

For the first time ever, the conference will span two years, however, as the education continues with Dealer Week Online Jan. 11-13. Dealers who attended the in-person conference will be able to attend the online event as part of their registration, and those who were unable to attend can register for online-only attendance at DealerWeek.com.

The in-person portion of Dealer Week was a four-day gathering designed to provide education and best practices to boat retailers. It successfully reunited dealers, educators, manufacturers, service providers, consultants and more to focus on current hot-button topics and pain points within the marine industry. The conference generated discussions around tactics and strategies to strengthen communication, improve timeliness and advance processes in the face of inventory and supply issues as well as a growing customer base — more than 400,000 being first-time boat buyers — to maintain the industry’s current momentum. It also featured an Industry Celebration that took advantage of the setting in Austin with live music that lasted late into the night.

Dealer Week Online will premiere online versions of all the sessions that were presented in Texas plus nine new workshops with live Q&As. Utilizing the same platform as Dealer Week 2020, when the event went totally virtual, Dealer Week Online will include interactive features, including the ability to schedule video-based meetings with fellow attendees, as well as a full online exhibit area. Following the 2020 event, many attendees reported that they were excited to return to in-person gatherings, but that there were many aspects of the online event they didn’t want to give up. With the option of in-person Dealer Week as well as Dealer Week Online, attendees can get the conference experience that best meets their needs.

For three consecutive years, backed by outstanding industry support and continued engagement from dealers across North America, the MRAA has innovated and reinvested in its annual Dealer Week Conference and Expo. The inaugural and reinvented Dealer Week event in Tampa, Fla., in 2019 set attendance records for an in-person MRAA event with more than 600 dealers and 400 exhibitor attendees. The challenges of 2020 forced a pivot to a virtual conference, where once again the industry proved its resiliency, as it showed up in force and record numbers. With no flights or hotel rooms to worry about, the 1,047 total dealer attendance figure smashed the previous record of 650 participants at an MRAA Annual Conference, representing more than a 61-percent increase, and surpassed the total attendance at the inaugural in-person Dealer Week in 2019 by 77 percent.

With an ongoing pandemic and COVID-19 variants emerging, the 2021 Dealer Week event also requires reinvention, as MRAA combines an in-person, four-day conference Dec. 6-9, in Austin, with a three-day Dealer Week Online event happening Jan. 11-13. The new format allows registered dealers of all size and comfort levels to participate in both portions of Dealer Week, giving more potential to learn from all the educational pathways and expert speakers.

Dealers that attended the in-person Dealer Week in Texas can attend Dealer Week Online for free. Registration remains open and is encouraged for those who didn’t make it to Austin. The show kicks off at 9 a.m. (CDT), Tuesday, Jan. 11. The virtual event also features all-new content on Thursday, Jan. 13. Register now!

MRAA, celebrating its 50th year in 2022, will return to Austin in December for its fourth official Dealer Week Conference & Expo. We hope you will join us for boating’s only event focused on dealer success.

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
MRAA Launches Year of Dealer Resources in Honor of 50th Anniversary

MINNEAPOLIS, January 5, 2022 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, in honor of its 50th anniversary, announces the launch of a Year of Dealer Resources. During 2022, the MRAA will focus on a new topic each month and release benefits, education and resources via MRAA.com. Monthly updates will include a mix of resources available to members and non-members, new education, and tools from the MRAA archives.

The yearlong program is designed to be timely and highlight the various ways MRAA can serve marine dealers across North America. In January, the year kicks off with a focus on resources related to Employee Development.

“We wanted to celebrate our 50th Anniversary by doing what MRAA does best: Helping dealers find success,” says Matt Gruhn, MRAA President. “This monthly program delivers very timely and very relevant education and resources to boat dealers, through MRAA’s events, such as Dealer Week (in-person and online), and programs like Dealership Certification, Training ‘N’ Tactics and our Mastermind Groups, as well as educational curriculums like that found in our Continuous Certification program. Our focus on a monthly theme gives us the platform to focus intently on the most impactful issues our dealers are faced with throughout the year, and it also allows us to showcase just how much educational content MRAA has to offer in our quest to help dealership teams learn, implement and grow their business.”

Industry studies, dealer surveys and direct feedback have revealed that workforce is a major concern for retailers, which is why it is the perfect topic to focus on in January. Dealers of all sizes need help with training methods, managing burnout, retaining quality employees and workforce enhancement. It also fits perfectly with the theme of Dealer Week Online, Jan. 11-13. The online conference spotlights employee development through the sharing of critical insights, trends and strategies within three specific pathways (Leadership, Sales and Marketing and Service & Parts) to help dealerships thrive in 2022. The virtual event is free to attendees of Dealer Week 2021 in Austin, Texas, and still open to new online-only registrations as well.

February’s subject of Lead Generation and Nurturing is well-timed because dealers need to make it abundantly clear they’re open for business, in spite of a lack of inventory and nearly empty showrooms. An influx of first-time boat buyers accompanied by massive industry demand prove that an investment in follow-up and nurturing is critical for customer retention. March will focus on Service Efficiency and, in particular, Repair Event Cycle Times. MRAA will share with dealers the resources they can implement to become more proficient in service. The first quarter of 2022 concludes with April’s theme of Pre-Owned Boat Buying and Selling, a topic that can help dealers put units on their showroom floor, appease customer demands and add to their bottom line.

The 2022 MRAA Year of Dealer Resources Schedule*
•	January: Employee Development
•	February: Lead Generation & Nurturing
•	March: Service Efficiency / RECT
•	April: Pre-Owned Boat Buying & Selling
•	May: Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding
•	June: Customer Experience
•	July: Adaptability / Change Management
•	August: Service, Parts & Accessories
•	September: Dealership Operations and Facilities
•	October: Employee Retention
•	November: Marketing
•	December: Dealership Financials
* Subject to change based upon market trends / conditions

“Between all the benefits, education and tools we’ve released over the years, we understand it can also be somewhat daunting to sort through,” says Mike Davin, MRAA Brand Director. “As we continue to release new resources in 2022, the themed months give us an opportunity to highlight what’s available in a more digestible way while also signaling to dealers that we’ve got relevant resources on a specific topic.”

MRAA will incorporate the monthly themes into its marketing and social media plans for 2022, presenting the content to both non-members and members to give them an opportunity to grow and strengthen their businesses. Resources available to both non-members and members will be delivered in the form of case studies, guides, downloadable one-pagers, data shares, exclusive new webinars, focused blogs and content, partner contributions, January’s Dealer Week Online and past conference recordings, Certification tools and templates, TNT videos, member benefits and other unique offerings.

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
MRAA names Wendy Mackie Director of Workforce & Foundation Development

MINNEAPOLIS, January 4, 2022 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas has hired Wendy Mackie as its Director of Workforce and Foundation Development, appointing her in the lead role in operating the MRAA Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded to provide financial support for education, training and professional development in the recreational marine industry.

Mackie brings to the MRAA a long history of workforce development expertise. Wendy’s roots are in youth and workforce development, non-profit leadership, alternative education and entrepreneurship. In 2006, Wendy aligned her work with the Rhode Island Marine Trades Association centering her work around the creation and implementation of best practice industry training programs for youth and new workers. In 2014, Wendy spearheaded the development of the Composites Alliance of Rhode Island to better serve the industry’s manufacturing sector and in 2018, the MRAA, along with its partners at the National Marine Manufacturers Association, turned to Mackie to author a marine industry strategy for growing its workforce. That “10+1” strategy included local, state and national tactics businesses can use to strengthen their workforce, and the “Plus 1” represented a recommendation that the industry appoint someone to lead the marine industry’s national workforce efforts.

“The hiring of Wendy Mackie is that strategy coming to life,” says Matt Gruhn, President of MRAA. “For years, our members have struggled to find, hire and develop their workforce – the most critical part of their business. Wendy Mackie brings the highest level of expertise in workforce development that our industry knows, and we are thrilled to have her join our team.”

The board of directors at the MRAA Educational Foundation, which is a separate entity from the MRAA trade association, has endorsed Mackie’s comprehensive workforce development plan, which calls for a focus on the development of regional sectoral partnerships to address our industry’s most pressing demand-driven workforce challenges, like the engine technician shortage. The creation of these community-based coalitions mirrors best practice programming currently being supported by state and national funding streams. By instituting this model in regions across the country, the boating industry will have access to the workforce they need, where they need it, when they need it.

“The key,” according to Mackie, “is to tap into the dedicated workforce development funding streams in each area to ensure the training programs developed are sustainable. The money is there; we just need to show there is demand for the workers and that our industry’s employers will hire them. That’s where MRAA’s focus on this front will give us the platform to be successful.”

“Wendy understands the nation’s workforce development system and the needs of the marine industry,” says Jeff Siems, president of the MRAA Educational Foundation. “Our industry is going to benefit from her ability to connect the two. The MRAA Educational Foundation Board is thrilled to have Wendy leading the workforce development charge for our industry.”

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
MRAA, Partners Launch Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, December 4, 2021 — Today, the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announced the launch the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program, backed by industry partners Boat History Report and Titan Certified.

Over the past two years, the MRAA consulted with marine industry dealers, manufacturers and suppliers across the United States and Canada to create the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program and help dealers capitalize on the $10 billion pre-owned boat market. The program’s criteria and deliverables offer marine dealers across North America proven processes and tools to help them overcome the obstacles in the pre-owned market. The MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program seeks to help dealers grow their pre-owned boat business and increase sales while providing greater confidence in their boat-buying and selling processes.

“The MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program offers a proven approach to delivering confidence in the boats that dealers buy and sell,” says Matt Gruhn, MRAA President. “Available to all dealers across North America and eligible for the majority of boat brands on the market, the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program helps dealerships strengthen a much-needed profit center in their business, establish superior levels of trust with new and existing customers, and enjoy peace of mind at each step along the way.”

The MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program outlines, for dealers, a five-part analysis of each boat. It begins with age and manufacturing certification eligibility — the boat must be less than 10 years old and must have been originally Certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Then, MRAA produced an all-new, comprehensive 130-point inspection form, offered in both hard copy and digital format. The inspection must demonstrate that the boat does not have any required repairs necessary.

If the boat passes those checkpoints, MRAA engages its two partners — Boat History Report and Titan Certified — to offer third-party validation of the quality and condition of the boat. Boat History Report provides an in-depth review of the history of the vessel, and in order to qualify for MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat status, the boat’s history must show “no negative incidences.” And the core of the program engages Titan Certified, which conducts a thorough fluid analysis, or DNA “blood test,” analyzing fluid samples from the engine and transmission to determine if they each independently achieve the “pass,” “fail,” or “pass with fluid change” designation. By achieving a “pass” or “pass with fluid change” designation, the boat becomes an MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat and is awarded a 55-hour or three-month, Limited Guarantee.

“The MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program establishes industry benchmarks within the pre-owned boat market to help dealers differentiate their pre-owned inventory and give them the ability to capture more business,” says Jason Walz, MRAA Director of Programs. “The trusted, third-party verification and approval process offers a win-win, providing dealers with an optimal program to find greater confidence and profitability in their pre-owned business, while offering customers peace of mind in the buying process, knowing they are working with a dealer that engages this proven MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat process.”

The new program has an initial start-up fee of $215 for enrollees, which includes fluid testing materials and supplies. MRAA Certified Dealers and members receive reduced rates for per boat/engine testing costs, but even non-members can participate for less than $300 per boat and one engine.

MRAA Dealer Week 2021 attendees can visit the MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Pavilion (booth #3060) featuring Boat History Report (booth #3060A) and Titan Certified (booth #3060B) at the in-person event Dec. 6-9, in Austin, Texas.

For more detailed information, complete pricing, warranty options and to enroll in the program, visit www.CPOBoats.com, or contact Jason Walz at 315-256-2878 or jason@mraa.com.

About MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program
The MRAA Certified Pre-Owned Boat Program is owned and operated by MRAA Dealer Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas.
Austin, Texas, Nov. 11, 2021 — Boat dealers have enjoyed a lot of success in 2021, but they are also facing challenges that are unique to today’s retail environment. To help them create a plan for 2022 and beyond, the Dealer Week Conference and Expo has built an education lineup that addresses the most common pain points currently faced by dealers.

Dealer Week will take place in Austin, Texas, on Dec. 6-9 and online Jan. 11-13. Attendees who sign up for the in-person event will receive complimentary access to Dealer Week Online. For those who are unable to attend in person, a separate online-only registration is also available.

“We waited longer than usual to finalize our schedule this year,” said Mike Davin, Brand Director at MRAA. “That was primarily because we wanted to ensure we weren’t focused on what happened in the past, but instead on the challenges dealers tell us they are concerned about going into next year.”

The complete schedule of events is now available online at DealerWeek.com/schedule and DealerWeek.com/online. A printable version is available here. Below are some highlights of what to expect.

Dealer Week Education Highlights
Dealer Week will open with a Keynote titled “Build Resilience in Uncertain Times:
8 Strategies to Help Your Team Overcome Anxiety, Recover from Burnout and Get Stuff Done.” It will be presented by Chester Elton & Adrian Gostick, best-selling authors who will help dealers learn to cope with uncertainty and avoid burnout in today’s stressful environment.

After that, the education will break into three pathways, which will once again be hosted by three of the top trainers in the marine industry: Sam Dantzler, of Wheelhouse College, hosting the Sales & Marketing Pathway; Jim Million, of Million Learning, hosting the Leadership Pathway; and Valerie Ziebron, of VRZ Consulting, hosting the Service & Parts Pathway. The hosts will introduce each session and help attendees to understand how it applies to the overall themes of the conference.

As part of each Pathway, dealers will hear experts on topics including:
     • Marketing without Inventory
     • Omnichannel Sales
     • New Service & Parts Strategies
     • Dealership Design
     • Customer Interviews
     • Brand Building
     • Better Delegation to Free Up Your Time
     • Increasing Accessory Sales
     • Filling Workforce Gaps
     • Developing Compensation Plans
     • Selling More Pre-Owned

Additionally, each Pathway will include a session in which a Marine Industry Certified Dealership will share a best practice.
Washington State Marine Excise Tax Reflects Input from Boating Industry

Last week, the Washington State Department of Revenue held a hearing to finalize the watercraft excise tax depreciation schedule. The Department of Revenue proposed a final rule which reflected input from stakeholders in the marine industry and placed less of a financial burden on boat owners than the originally proposed excise tax schedule.

In June, MRAA joined regional and national groups, such as BoatUS, Recreational Boating Association of Washington, Northwest Marine Trade Association, Washington Retail Association, and Washington Maritime Federation, to challenge this proposal. Originally, the proposed depreciation schedule would have put an unfair burden on boat owners and did not reflect national averages. Furthermore, boats are the only recreational vehicle subject to a depreciation excise tax in Washington State, already placing an additional financial burden on boat owners.

The final rule, which will go into effect on October 1st, 2021, reflects significant changes from the initially proposed watercraft excise tax depreciation schedule. MRAA supported the aforementioned coalition and others advocated that the initially proposed depreciation schedule did not accurately portray depreciation rates of boats. The initial rule showed a Year 1 depreciation rate of either 2 or 3%, which does not match with nationally averaged boat depreciation rates that are closer to 10% after the first year. This higher-than-average estimate would have resulted in higher excise tax on boat owners.

“I would like to thank the Department of Revenue for working with stakeholders in the marine industry to create a final rule that reflects the concerns we raised,” said Chad Tokowicz Government Relations Manager for the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas. “With more people on the water than ever and many more considering buying boats, it is imperative we do whatever we can to lower the financial burden on consumers.”

Under the newly proposed excise tax depreciation schedule rates have been adjusted with Year 1 depreciation rate for sailboats at 10%, 16% for powerboats under 30 feet, and 17% for powerboats over 30 feet. Despite the updated depreciation schedule reflecting concerns raised by the marine industry, MRAA and its partners will continue to work with the Department of Revenue as the Final rule still needs improvement concerning the depreciation rates for sailboats vs. powerboats and for older vessels (older than 14 years).

“This issue demonstrated, once again, the importance of trade and member associations,” said Peter Schrappen V.P. and Director of Government Affairs for the Northwest Marine Trades Association. “The all-star team in place to advocate for boaters put together our case, the decision makers at the Department of Revenue listened and boaters and boating businesses won.”

The Department of Revenue has opened a public comment period on the final rule until September 10th, 2021. MRAA will continue to support the aforementioned organizations to provide additional comments and continue advocating for the Marine industry and its consumers.

About the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the marine industry to thrive, the retail organizations that interact with the boaters in their community must thrive.
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (June 7, 2021) — A new study from Take Me Fishing and Discover Boating uncovers a wellness deficit in America as recreational activities begin reopening amid improving public health conditions. Based on the findings, the two outdoor recreation organizations are launching their summer-long Get On Board campaign this National Fishing and Boating Week (NFBW), June 5 through 13, to help Americans from all walks of life fill their wellness deficits by experiencing the benefits of the outdoors firsthand. Research shows that simply getting outside or being near water lowers stress and anxiety. With help from mental health changemaker Dr. Jessica Clemons and a fleet of social media influencers, Get On Board will encourage, uplift and inspire Americans with its message that The Water Is Open to Everyone.

“With health clubs, sports leagues, summer camps and more on pause last year, many of us found ourselves missing the activities we once depended on to sustain our wellness — and as a result, we accumulated a wellness deficit,” said Stephanie Vatalaro, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF) and its Take Me Fishing brand. “To fill our wellness deficits, many of us turned to outdoor recreational activities like fishing and boating as ways to recreate responsibly during the pandemic. Our goal now is to help everyone experience the healing power of nature.”

According to a new online survey of more than 2,000 U.S. adults by The Harris Poll, most Americans agree that participating in outdoor recreation is good for both mental (89%) and physical (89%) well-being. And while many (70%) do see people like themselves in outdoor recreation events, social media, advertising, etc., filling America’s wellness deficit may begin with inviting a more diverse population to experience the outdoors. More than 4 in 10 (43%) would be more likely to participate in outdoor activities if they saw more examples of people like themselves in the outdoor recreation industry.

“Being on, near or around water is one of the best ways to refresh and reset your mind, giving you the freedom to explore and escape stress on land,” said Ellen Bradley, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Chief Brand Officer for the National Marine Manufacturers Association and its Discover Boating initiative. “The water is having a renaissance as more Americans discover fishing and boating as ways to relax and spend quality time with friends and family. In fact, demand for new boats has surged, with sales reaching a 13-year high in 2020 — and that’s just the beginning. Get On Board is designed to be a welcome call to relax, explore and connect with loved ones in a way that can only be experienced on the water.”

To help raise awareness about the wellness benefits anyone can experience outdoors and on the water, the campaign will enlist the help of acclaimed mental health expert Dr. Jessica Clemons, known for her @askdrjess social media platform. Heralded as ‘the internet’s favorite psychiatrist,’ Dr. Clemons uses her social influence to encourage everyone to prioritize their wellness and practice self-care.

“Without a conscious effort, it’s easy to put your mental health on autopilot,” Dr. Clemons said. “Exploring new wellness-sustaining activities like fishing and boating is a great way to refill the wellness deficit you may be in following last year’s shutdowns. This is especially true for people who don’t have previous fishing and boating experience. Learning new skills promotes a sense of accomplishment and getting out of your routine can help you get in touch with your friends, your family and yourself.”

As suggested by the study, individuals’ likelihood of trying new outdoor activities often depends on first seeing people they identify with in those activities. Based on that finding, Get On Board is deploying a fleet of social media influencers. Coming from a broad range of backgrounds, through their social influence they will encourage Americans from all walks of life to fill their wellness deficits and have fun this summer by experiencing the benefits of nature.

“Before you can be your best self on the water, you need to see your best self on the water,” said Jenny Anderson through her Instagram account @girlof10000lakes. “The outdoors community has lots of people you might not expect, and we’re sharing our stories using #TheWaterIsOpen. Joining us is as simple as using the hashtag yourself while enjoying nature. We want everyone to experience the wellness benefits of the outdoors, and an easy way to start is by showcasing the breadth of the outdoors community.”

Get On Board is accompanied by a variety of programs developed on behalf of the fishing and boating industries. Vamos A Pescar™ is RBFF’s Hispanic outreach initiative, which provides Spanish-language fishing and boating ‘how to’ and ‘where to’ information, along with critical funding to community programs nationwide through the George H.

MRAA and Bonnier Partnership educates consumers and industry on the importance of Certified Dealership program and its Certified retailers

MINNEAPOLIS — MAY 19 — The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announces that its recent MRAA Marine Industry Certified Dealership program campaign as part of its partnership with Bonnier Corporation was an overwhelming success, capturing nearly 800,000 total impressions.

“Our campaign partnership with Bonnier focused on informing consumers, especially the hundreds of thousands of new boaters out there, about Certified Dealers and how they are built to serve them,” says Liz Keener, MRAA Certification Manager, “It’s abundantly clear that boating and fishing consumers saw these marketing efforts through their participation and campaign interaction.”

The Certified Dealer campaign targeted consumers with the key message of the importance of working with a Marine Industry Certified Dealer when buying a boat, parts and accessories. It highlighted how customers can “Buy with Confidence” from a Certified Dealer, as the customer experience is one of the pillars of the Certification program. Throughout the first several months of 2021, the campaign leveraged Bonnier’s consumer reach with strategic marketing and advertising efforts. This included a custom article, social media posts on Facebook and Instagram, story and profile takeovers, newsletter inclusion and both digital display and print ads. Custom emails saw above-average open and click rates. Instagram takeover stories of Bonnier’s Boating and Salt Water Sportsman publications earned hundreds of interactions, link clicks and sticker taps. A custom Dealer Roundtable virtual video with actual Certified Dealers aired on Facebook, YouTube and Dailymotion, garnering more than 245 hours of viewing hours.

“The Dealer Roundtable video has proven to be a big hit for its authentic testimonial of the Certified Dealer program,” added Keener. “This campaign was one way to shed some light on the efforts Certified Dealers put forth to earn this prominent designation, but it’s even more important to note that hundreds of thousands of consumers now know about this dedicated group of dealers and what it means to do business with them. They know they are in good hands, and our hope is they mature into life-long customers.”

“The results of this 2021 MRAA Certified Dealer campaign are outstanding and helped consumers gain a better understanding of the importance of choosing a dealer that can help them to amplify their boating experiences,” says Glenn Sandridge, Vice President and Managing Director at Bonnier Corporation. “Bonnier is committed to growing participation in boating, so it was imperative to educate the public about why Certified Dealers are to be highly valued and a first stop in the boat buying process."

The MRAA continues to evolve the Certification program to help boat dealers institute efficient and accurate processes that lead to an exceptional retail experience for everyone. Certification guides dealers to success with a proven blueprint for developing a world-class business. The MRAA and Bonnier partnership and Certified Dealer program promotion runs through 2022.
